We're looking to hire experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designers to join our team at Imperium Acquisition. You must have a grasp of the YouTube landscape and the ability to craft eye-catching, meaningful thumbnails that’ll positively impact CTR & video performance. Your main responsibility will be designing thumbnails for Charlie’s YouTube channel.
Your Role:
As a Thumbnail Designer, you'll be pivotal in drawing-in viewers to our content. Your creativity and strategic insight will be key in crafting high-quality thumbnails that align with our brand’s vision and style.
You’ll handle a range of projects, from designing thumbnails for new videos, to rehashing old ones and experimenting with various designs to boost clickthrough rates. You'll also collaborate closely with our team to create a unified visual strategy that supports our channel’s growth objectives.

You are skilled in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools. This expertise enables you to produce high-quality, professional thumbnails that truly stand out.

You excel in brainstorming sessions, consistently generating fresh and innovative ideas for thumbnails. Your collaborative spirit and ability to refine concepts with the team contribute significantly to the success of our content strategy.
What You'll Do:

You'll produce 5-8 thumbnails per new weekly YouTube upload and rehash thumbnails of old content.

Attend daily calls with the content team from Monday to Friday & 1:1 sessions with our Creative Director.

Keep up-to-date with deliverables while continually striving to enhance both your skills and your output.

Coordinate with our Creative Director on a weekly basis to ensure all benchmarks are met.

Proactively develop new creative skills and research the market for fresh ideas so we can stay ahead of the curve.

Base Salary
To ensure you have a comfortable salary with us at Imperium Acquisition.

+ Cash Bonuses
Every thumbnail that achieves above our CTR goal will get you a bonus from $100 to $200 (per new video).
Potential Earnings:
Expected earnings are $1,800/m. However, If you're a high performer, you can earn up to $2,500/m in this position.
